These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Landed ("we," "us," or "our"), operated at bylanded.com. By creating an account or using our service, you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

Landed is an AI-powered travel design platform. We use artificial intelligence to generate personalized travel itineraries based on the information you provide. Our service is informational and designed to inspire and guide trip planning.

Landed does not book flights, hotels, or experiences on your behalf, nor do we act as a travel agent or agency. All bookings and reservations remain your responsibility.

2. Accounts

To access certain features, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate information and keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account.

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

3. Subscription Plans and Payments

Landed offers free and paid subscription tiers. Paid plans are billed monthly and renew automatically unless cancelled. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis.

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not offer refunds for partial months.

Single Trip Pass purchases are one-time, non-refundable transactions. Itineraries generated with a Single Trip Pass are saved to your account permanently.

4. White Glove Services

Premium services including Custom Digital Itineraries, Booking Assistance, and Landed Concierge are delivered by our team. Scope, timelines, and specific terms are confirmed at time of purchase. These services are non-refundable once work has commenced.

5. AI-Generated Content

Itineraries are generated by artificial intelligence and are provided for informational purposes only. While we strive to surface accurate, current recommendations, we cannot guarantee the accuracy, availability, or timeliness of any specific venue, hotel, restaurant, or experience mentioned.

You should independently verify hours, availability, pricing, and conditions before relying on any recommendation. Landed is not liable for any loss, inconvenience, or expense arising from acting on AI-generated content.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to reverse-engineer or scrape the platform
• Resell or redistribute AI-generated itineraries without permission
• Impersonate another person or entity
• Interfere with the security or integrity of the service

7. Intellectual Property

The Landed platform, its design, and underlying technology are owned by us and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. AI-generated itineraries created during your session are licensed to you for personal, non-commercial use.

Travel Advisors on the Curator plan are licensed to use generated itineraries for client-facing purposes within the scope of their subscription.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any specific result will be achieved.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Landed and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to travel disruptions, booking issues, or reliance on AI-generated recommendations.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by updating the effective date and, where appropriate, by email. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in the courts of competent jurisdiction.
